Roger Clay Meeks, Jr. age 38 of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, Sept.20, 2011. from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sue and Alvin Hobbs. Herbert Rod Gill; great-grandparents, Delia and James Meeks, Molly and Eugene Gill and Carrie Blevins.
Survivors include his wife, Jamie C. Meeks; daughters, Christa (Kelly) Meeks, Katelyn (Josh) Guyear, Alicia Johnson and Catherine Meeks; step-daughter, Stephaine Dooley; step-son, Tyler Dooley; mother, Patsy (Scotty) Caldwell; father, Roger Clay Meeks, Sr.; brothers, Randy (Ashley) Meeks, Rodney (Tealisa) Meeks, Britt (Chasta) Meeks, Jesse (Lisa) Meeks; grandchild, Kelsyn Guyear; grandmother, Sally Bramlette; mother-in-law, Patricia Johnson; several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Jim Caldwell and Reverend Clayton Jones officiating. Burial will be in Bonny Oaks Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1-9 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
