Mr. Richard Dale Oliver of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019. He was the son of the late James Lee “Red” Oliver and Jesse Louise Campbell Oliver.

Survivors include his sons, Jason (Angela) Oliver, Ricky (Amanda) Oliver; daughter, Sherry (Donnie) Thomas; brother Nelson (Patricia) Oliver; sister Marie (Haskel) Meadows; and grandchildren, Shanda, Mckinley, Jaylynn, and Braylynn.

Funeral services will be 5:00 P.M. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Mike Rigsby officiating. Burial will be in Clouse Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Saturday 2:00 P.M. till time of service. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.cumberlandfuneralhome.net.

Arrangements are by Cumberland Funeral Home, Foster & Lay Chapel, 96 Saint Claire Street, Tracy City, Tennessee.
