Tracy City- Mrs. Barbara Jean Tender, 80, passed away March 8, 2019. She was born in Summerfield, TN on October 4, 1938. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton D. Tinder, Sr.

She is survived by son, Carlton D. (Kristie) Tinder, Jr.; daughter, Kelly (Daniel) Parker; grandchildren, Brittney Meeks-Stiefel, Colton Meeks, Tyler Tinder, Marcus Ward, Kelsey Ward, Ali Parker, Lindsay Parker, Stephen Parker, Matthew Parker, Hannah Parker, Matt and Derrick Venus; great grandchild, Haylon Meeks.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Barbara and Carl's life will be on Friday March 22, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Foster & Lay Chapel in Tracy City, Tennessee. Visitation will be on Friday 4:00 - 6:00 PM at our Tracy City location. Arrangements made by Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee.  Online condolences can be made at www.cumberlandfuneralhome.net
