Obituary of Lewis Alton Perry
Mr. Lewis Alton Perry of Tracy City, Tennessee departed this life Thursday, February 21, 2019, at STRHS in Winchester. He was a retired machinist and was an outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting and his beagle dogs. Lewis was a devout family man, he was devoted to his family and the precious time he spent with them.
A native of Beersheba Springs he was a son of the late Isaac and Berthina King Perry and was preceded in death by his son, Quinton Perry; sister, Gladys King; brothers, Hershel and Charles Perry.
Survivors include his wife Dean Perry; sons, Michael (Sonya) Perry and Donnie Perry; daughter, Tammy (Alan) Layne; brothers, Willard, Wayne and Ray Perry; sisters, Wilma Ellen Scruggs and Beatrice Pretchett; grandchildren, Heather Young, Ethan Perry, Heath Layne, Chase Perry and Selena Perry; great grandchildren, Sawyer Perry, AceLynn Perry, Ainsley Perry, Colton Layne and Alayaiah Perry; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday in the Foster & Lay Chapel with Brother John Potts and Brother Dennis Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Bonny Oak Cemetery.
