Wanda Carol Isbell, age 70 of Huntland, Tennessee passed away on December 16, 2018 at her home. She was born on May 12, 1948. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles E. and Odell Thomas; son, Robert R. Westfall III.

She is survived by her husband Larry Isbell; son, Bobbie (Julie) Thomas; daughter, Debbie (Carlton) Kilgore; son, Ronald Westfall Jr.; brothers, Bernie Thomas, Danny Thomas, Rickey Thomas; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, December 21, 2018 at Cumberland Funeral Home, Monteagle, Tennessee with Bro. Mike Robinson officiating, with burial immediately following at Summerfield Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 9:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
