Obituary of Virginia Turner

Mrs. Virginia Turner, age 57, of Monteagle, TN. passed away Monday, December 14, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Herbert Austin Patterson and Rena Naomi Thomas Patterson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband John Turner, brother Tommy Patterson, and sister Cathy French.
Mrs. Turner is survived by brothers Austin Patterson of Hartwell, GA. and Rennie Ray Patterson of Spencer, TN., sisters Mae (Roy) Pless of Elberton, GA., Linda Perry and her daughter Kayla of Elberton, GA., and Patricia (Elmer) Griffith of Tracy City, TN., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 17, 2015, in the chapel of Foster & Lay Funeral Home with Brother Ben Curtis officiating. Burial will follow in Summerfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
