Obituary of Charlene Lowrie

Mrs. Charlene A. Lowrie age 91 of Monteagle passed away Monday, August 10, 2015, at Sheltering Arms in Palmer. She was a daughter of the late Charlie and Nettie Holder Thomas and was preceded in death by her husband, William David "Bill" Lowrie; brother, Robert Thomas. She was a member of Monteagle Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Billie Faye and Billy Terrill; brothers, Carlton and David Thomas; grandsons, Travis (Tammy), Tyson Terrill all of Monteagle; grandchildren, Trenton, Joseph, Jordan and Derrick; great-grandchild, Asia, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Charles David Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Monteagle Cemetery. The family is receiving friends Tuesday 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to: Monteagle Cumberland Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 243, Monteagle, TN 37356 or to Sheltering Arms, P.O.
