Mr. Frank Hayden Smith Jr. age 54 of Monteagle Tennessee, passed away peacefully Friday morning, February 13, 2015, at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Sewanee, Tennessee to the late Frank and Lorene Smith.
Survivors include his loving wife, Beverly Smith, Daughter, Angel Smith of Monteagle, Sons; Christopher (Amy) Smith, and Matthew (Amanda) Smith both of Japer, Tennessee. Grandchildren; Ryley and Keldan. Brothers; Keith Smith, Bobby Sitz, Jerry Sitz, and sister Jan Sitz. Several loving nieces and nephews.
Family will conduct a memorial service Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Oak Grove Church at 2:00p.m.
