Ronald Joseph Dunn age 65 of Tracy City passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014, at his home with his family by his bedside. He was a native of New Albany, Indiana and was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Lee Dunn and Evora McClellan Dunn; brothers, Don, Dean, Raymond, Glenn and Paul Dunn. Ronald was a retired factory worker and was a U.S. Army veteran and was wounded in Viet Nam and was permanently disabled. He was a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans (D.A.V.) Survivors include his wife, Laura Jean Dunn; son, Daniel Landon, New Albany, IN; daughters, Lella Ray (Jeff) Turner, Rock Island, TN, Dana Owen, Tracy Cty,Leslie Taylor, Tracy City; brothers, Vernon Dunn, Otisco, IN, Arnold Dunn, Sellersburg, IN, Bobby Ray Dunn, Jeffersonville, IN, Larry ( Billie) Dunn, Nashville, Jerry Dunn, Nashville; very special brother-in-law, Neal (Debbie) Houghlin; grandchildren, Tabitha Roeder, D.J. Taylor, Nikolas Owen, Matthew Landon, Sebastian Landon; great-grandson, Timothy Roeder; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Michael Gass officiating. Burial with full military honors will be in Plainview Cemetery. Foster & Lay Funeral Home of Tracy City is in charge of arrangements.
