James Carlton McDaniel, Sr., age 69, of Tracy City, Tennessee, passed away, Saturday, April 12, 2014 at his home with his family by his side. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Franklin and Stella Lucille McDaniel; son, Timmy McDaniel; brothers, Glen and Paul David McDaniel; sisters, Nadine and Peggy McDaniel.
Survivors include his sons, Jimmy McDaniel, Altamont, TN; James Carlton McDaniel, Jr., Monteagle, TN; Billy McDaniel, Fordyce; Bobby McDaniel, Kingsland, ARK; daughters, Tammy Ross, Chattanooga, TN; Vicki Showers, Chattanooga, TN; Wanda Jean McDaniel, Monteagle, TN; Shawnda Curtis, Fordyce, Ark; Misty Ann McDaniel, Fordyce, Ark; Stacy Renee Clark, Davenport, IA; brother, Charles McDaniel, Tracy City, TN; sisters, Nancy Sitz, Tracy City, TN; Anna Ruth Green, Altamont, TN; several many grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 4:00 P.M.Thursday, April 17, 2014 at BakersChapelChurch with Vicki Showers officiating with burial to follow in the PlainviewCemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the church.
